Ingram Wholesale UK Expands its Offering with Books From Ingram Publisher Services UK

LONDON, UK (April 17, 2023) - Ingram Publisher Services UK (“IPS UK”), an Ingram Content Group UK Ltd. (“ICG UK”) brand, has announced that distributed clients’ titles will be available for sale through newly launched book wholesaler Ingram Wholesale Services UK (IW UK”).

“From the launch of IW UK in September 2022, the addition of IPS UK distributed books was a major focus and goal. We are thrilled to now be able to offer these titles to our broad customer base via IW UK,” states Kevin Hyer, Director of International Sales at Ingram Content Group.

In addition to improving availability, efficiency and speed-to-market for both publishers and booksellers, today’s announcement will also greatly expand the number of titles offered via IW UK to the wider trade.

Matthew Dickie, Senior Manager, IPS UK, is looking forward to offering IPS UK distributed books via a major new sales channel. “To be heading into London Book Fair with news that strengthens our clients and the wider industry is beyond exciting,” Dickie says. “For publishers at IPS UK this will increase their sales reach, while also introducing much-needed competition into the UK book market.”

IW UK will be available via Ingram’s ipage® service, which allows customers to view, place and track orders in one simple online portal. Adding IPS UK’s catalogue of titles, which comprises hundreds of thousands of books, will further streamline an already highly efficient ordering process for booksellers across the globe. Stock will be distributed to IW UK from IPS UK’s existing warehouse in Milton Keynes.
