IngramExpress^® Terms & Conditions

The IngramExpress program terms and conditions for ordering, discounting, shipping, and freight are specific to this program and differ from Ingram's standard. The IngramExpress program terms will be tied to one specific billing/shipping account. Purchases made on accounts enrolled in this program will:

• Be placed via Ingram's web-based ordering tool, ipage®: No other ordering method may be used
• Be for product-only without value-added services such as mylar jackets or cataloging
• Ship out within 24 hours of order receipt, Monday through Friday, for items in-stock
• Be exempt from order or shipment size minimums
• Receive Ingram Paid Freight (no shipping charges)
• Receive discounts from the publisher's retail list price ranging from Net to 25.0%; ipage allows the user to review product specific discounts prior to ordering
