NASHVILLE, TENN (November 19, 2024) - Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) announces Justin Alvarez as the new Manager of Consumer Marketing Sales. In his new role, Alvarez serves as sales lead for Ingram’s fast-growing suite of consumer-focused marketing services that help publishers reach readers directly.
Ingram’s direct-to-consumer offerings increase the power of publishers’ digital marketing strategies and sales potential. "I've greatly admired what the Consumer Marketing team at Ingram has built over the past five years,” says Alvarez. “I am honored and excited to join the team to grow our partnerships and consumer-facing platforms."

Alvarez joins Ingram from Literary Hub and has over 15 years of experience in the publishing and marketing industries with extensive experience in digital media strategies for a wide range of leading publications and global corporations, including The Paris Review, the London Review of Books, Lucky Peach, IBM, and Campari. His work has won numerous awards, including the National Magazine Award in General Excellence, the James Beard Foundation's Publication of the Year, and the Webby Award.
Alvarez earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production at New York University, and his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Goddard College. He resides in New York City reporting to the Ingram’s office there.
