FTP Premium Data slices were created to provide subscribers access only to the product that fits their specific needs. This saves development time and storage space for data maintenance. Most of our slices were created using subject BISAC codes, however we also offer Top Selling slices that will cover all BISAC’s.

African American: Includes all active titles that are designated with African American minor subject classifications in the major BISAC subjects of Biography, Business, Cooking, Drama, Education, Fiction, Foreign Language Study, History, Juvenile Fiction and Nonfiction, Law, Literary Collections, Literary Criticism, Music, Poetry, Political Science, Religion, and Social Science.
Art & Design: Includes all active titles that contain Art (ART) or Design (DES) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file. To further enhance this slice, related titles from the following categories have also been included: Antiques & Collectibles, Biography & Autobiography, Business & Economics, Crafts & Hobbies, Education, Juvenile, and Periodicals.
Audio: Includes all audio book titles available from Ingram, based on the Ingram department code (W). A supplemental feed of book titles in the same family is also available.
Business: Includes all active titles that contain Business (BUS) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file. To further enhance this slice, the following major BISAC classifications with a minor related to Business are also included: Computers, Design, Juvenile Fiction and Nonfiction, Humor, Law, Performing Arts, Photography, Political Science, Self Help, Sports, Study, and Travel. Several other minor related subject areas are also included.
Christian Market: Includes all active non-Spring Arbor titles that sell in the Spring Arbor market.
Cooking Plus: Includes all active titles that contain Cooking (CKB) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file. To further enhance this slice, the following major BISAC classifications related to Cooking & Food are also included: health, nutrition, diet, growing your own herbs and vegetables, cooking methods, beverages, regional and ethnic cooking, entertaining, setting the table, and restaurant dining. Several other minor related subject areas are also included.
Education / Study Aids: Includes all active titles that contain Education (EDU) or Study Aids (STU) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Entertainment: Includes all active titles that contain Performing Arts or Drama as the major BISAC identifier in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file. Contains books related to Movies, TV, Musicals, Theatre, Dance, and Entertainment field careers.
Environmental: Includes all active titles that are designated with an Environmental minor subject classification in the major BISAC subjects of Business, Gardening, House & Home, Nature, Political Science, Science, and Juvenile Fiction and Nonfiction.
Family: Includes all active titles that contain Family & Relationships (FAM) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Fiction: Includes all the fiction slices listed below.
Fiction / Adult: Includes all active titles that contain a Fiction Adult detail BISAC code (all 9 characters) in any of the 3 BISAC subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Fiction / Adventure: Includes all active titles that contain a Fiction Adventure detail BISAC code (all 9 characters) in any of the 3 BISAC subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Fiction / Christian: Includes all active titles that contain a Fiction Christian detail BISAC code (all 9 characters) in any of the 3 BISAC subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Fiction / Classics: Includes all active titles that contain a Fiction Classics detail BISAC code (all 9 characters) in any of the 3 BISAC subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.

Home and Garden: Includes all active titles that contain House & Home (HOM), Gardening (GAR), Crafts & Hobbies (CRA), Design (DES), or Pets (PET) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file. This slice also includes titles containing over 37 other closely related BISACs identified by Ingram (from Architecture, Business, Cooking, Juvenile, Law, Nature, Reference, Science, and Self-Help).
Juvenile Fiction and Non-Fiction: Includes all active titles that contain Juvenile Fiction (JUV) or Juvenile Nonfiction (JNF) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Law: Includes all gift items available from Ingram.
Music and Songs: Includes all music and songs available from Ingram.
Reading Level: Includes all active titles that have been assigned a reading level from Accelerated Reader, Scholastic Reading Level, Guided Reading Level, and Lexile.
Self Help: Includes all active titles that contain Self Help (SEL) or Body, Mind & Spirit (OCC) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Spanish: Includes all active titles that have a language code of Spanish. To further enhance the slice, English titles related to the following topics have also been included: Central, Latin, and South America, Caribbean, Mexican, Spain and Portugal, West Indies, Cuba, and Hispanic American Studies. These topics include the following BISAC categories: Art, Cooking, Drama, History, Juvenile Fiction and Nonfiction, Literary Collections, Social Science, and Travel.
Sports and Health: Includes all titles that contain Sports & Recreation (SPO) or Health & Fitness (HEA) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Spring Arbor: Includes all active titles, gifts, music and songs that are identified as Spring Arbor products.
Textbook: Items in this slice are identified as Textbooks either by Ingram Category or Feature Detail. We also have used BISAC Descriptions including the words “Instruction” and “Study” to define this slice further.
Young Adult: Includes all active titles that contain Young Adult Fiction (YAF) or Young Adult Nonfiction (YAN) as the major BISAC identifier (first 3 characters of the BISAC code) in any of the 3 BISAC Subject codes available in the Ingram Titles file.
Top 1,000:Includes the top 1,000 most popular active titles as determined by the Ingram desire rating. All titles that share the same desire rating will be included in the slice, which may result in the slice containing more than 1,000 titles.
Top 100,000: Includes the top 100,000 most popular active titles as determined by the Ingram desire rating. All titles that share the same desire rating will be included in the slice, which may result in the slice containing more than 100,000 titles.
Top 250,000: Includes the top 250,000 most popular active titles as determined by the Ingram desire rating. All titles that share the same desire rating will be included in the slice, which may result in the slice containing more than 250,000 titles.
Top 500,000: Includes the top 500,000 most popular active titles as determined by the Ingram desire rating. All titles that share the same desire rating will be included in the slice, which may result in the slice containing more than 500,000 titles.
