The Learning and Organizational Development team works to enhance the development of Ingram associates and leaders with programs that motivate, engage, and develop the skills that will contribute to our values-focused culture.
We provide over 10,000 online courses for associates and leaders, as well as course options and certifications to develop on-the-job skills.
We use behavioral assessment tools to provide associates with knowledge about their workplace behaviors, then provide goal setting and team building sessions for continued development.
We offer continuing education assistance and tuition reimbursement to full-time and auxiliary associates to further opportunities for career growth within Ingram.
We offer in-person, multi-session workshops for aspiring leaders, as well as one-on-one coaching for leaders transitioning into higher-level roles and associates needing career development guidance.
